Our goal is to make API's technology accessible for almost any team through affordable pricing, organization discounts, and the option to spread payments out using an installment plan.
Pricing for the 2024 - 2025 Season
Season Subscription
- A team can tag an unlimited number of games over the API season which runs from 8/1/24 through 4/30/25.
- If an organization buys at least 1 season subscription, they have an option to buy blocks of 6 game credits for $325 for other teams in the organization. For every 3 blocks an organization buys for the same season (spending $975), we’ll convert an additional team in the organization to a fully-paid season subscription.
- Payment plans are available for organizations or teams upon request.

Game Credits (Organization Allocates to Teams as Needed)
- For organizations that may have a number of teams occasionally use the API system, game credits may offer better value than season subscriptions.
- Each game credit allows event data to be uploaded for one game.
- Game credits never expire and can be allocated by an organization to teams as needed.

Tagging by API Analysts
- API has analysts available to tag games off video for an additional fee (based on game length, level of detail, etc..).
- Cost of tagging a game with typical events (faceoffs, shots, misses, blocks, goals, penalties, zone exits & entries) ranges from $45/game for younger travel teams to $75/game for college club teams.
- Ideally primary and backup analysts are assigned to each team to develop familiarity with the players which improves accuracy.
